You have the option of easily reactivating offers of storage space, halls, warehouses, production space, contract logistics space or commercial property that have already been created. However, the prerequisite is that you have not deleted your offer. To do this, first log in with your access data and under "My LAGERflaeche.de"/ "Listing management"/ "My listings"/ "Expired listings" you will find your expired listing. Simply click on "Reactivate" and select the previously ordered package.
LAGERflaeche.de provides you with up-to-date performance analyses that allow you to see at any time which storage space, hall, warehouse, production space, contract logistics space or commercial property space on LAGERflaeche.de has been accessed most frequently and which has generated the most contact enquiries. To do this, first log in with your access data and you will find an overview under "My account"/"Organisation"/"My statistics".
LAGERflaeche.de is the first German service platform for new warehouse construction, logistics property, contract logistics and intralogistics. We are not a broker! With us you will find free of commission: warehouse space, hall space, logistics space, production space, contract logistics, commercial property, etc. LAGERflaeche.de has also developed a unique marketing and information concept. Because only the interaction of all groups involved in warehouse logistics (industry & trade, owners/brokers and logistics service providers, etc.) guarantees the optimal and broadly diversified exchange of a specialised logistics user group.

If your warehouse, hall, production space, contract logistics space or commercial property has been sold or rented, you should set this LAGERflaeche.de to unpublished, delete or overwrite it. To do this, first log in with your access data and select the location under "My LAGERflaeche.de"/ "Offer management"/ "My offers". In the small navigation on the right, you can click on published to set the location to unpublished. Or delete or edit the location. You can now enter a different warehouse space, hall, warehouse, production space, contract logistics space or commercial property space. Cancellation of the package must be made in writing by e-mail, letter or fax. Deletion of the warehouse space is not a cancellation!!!!
In principle, you can cancel your subscription at any time subject to the agreed cancellation periods. Cancellation can be made in your customer account on the left under "My subscriptions" or in writing by e-mail, letter or fax. Deletion of the warehouse exposé or the company entry does not constitute cancellation!!!

Warehouses: The LAGERfläche adverts are invoiced in advance on the respective monthly date of the first booking, depending on the term. You will then always receive the following invoices after the extension.
Company exchange: If you have entered into a partnership with LAGERflaeche.de, you will receive the invoice for the total amount of the twelve months shortly after your company is listed. You will then receive subsequent invoices annually.
Invoice in the customer account: You can also view the invoices in your customer account under "Organisation", "View invoices", "My subscriptions", "Details/Subscription no.".
